The Abloy PE580 panic bar controlled lock–case for solid doors, wooden or metal, is outside handle controlled for use with panic bar.

Abloy PE580 is recommended to be used in interior doors of business premises, public buildings, hospitals, educational premises and the exterior doors of apartment buildings and detached houses. Can also be used with exit and fire rated doors.

Can be electrically controlled by access control system or by a remote control system such as timer, keypad or push button. Can also be set fail locked or fail unlocked; in the fail locked setting the lock can be opened by panic bar when power is on and cannot be opened by panic bar when power is off. Whereas fail unlocked ensures the electrical function is reversed.

Not suitable for use with door automatics.

Includes LP712 Strike Plate and EA210 Cable. Comes wuth a 50mm backset.

Important Note:

Please be aware if the electric lock/s have been spoiled during install e.g. cut wires then the warranty is void as the lock cannot be resold and placed back into stock.
