We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Lockout Tagout Safety Ltd, however, if for any reason you’re not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, then we can arrange a return or replacement product within 30 days of delivery.

Simply call our Customer Service Team on 01642 244017 or email customerservice@lockout-tagout.co.uk. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number, arrange to return your products (subject to our standard T&Cs) and discuss a replacement.

When contacting us to arrange a return, it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:

• Original Purchase Order Number or our Lockout Tagout Invoice Order Number
• Confirmation the goods are still in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
• Details and quantities of items you would like to return
• The address you would like the items to be collected from
• A contact name and telephone number of the person we are collecting from
• Your opening times within which we need to arrange a collection
• Any other reference you will need us to quote when collecting the items
